Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

-Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at renee@bumibotanicals.com.au.
The return address will be provided via email after your request is reviewed.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

-Your item is damaged

-You received the wrong item

-The product is defective

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

-Perishable goods (e.g. food, fresh flowers, live plants)

-Custom or personalised products

-Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
